3. Quotes & Orders

All quotations provided by At Your Doormat Services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
  • Pricing is subject to stock availability and mill price increases.

Order Confirmation

Before placing an order, clients must confirm:

  • Material thickness
  • Steel grades
  • Square sizes
  • Quantities
  • Cutting process
  • Drawing revisions

Technical Files

Any changes may require re-quoting.

4. Minimum Order Value

The minimum charge per order is R150.00, excluding VAT.

5. Lead Times

Typical lead times are as follows:

  • Laser Cutting: 3–5 working days
  • Profile / Plasma Cutting: 1–2 working days

Lead times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and project complexity.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of fabrication processes, the following tolerances apply:

  • Laser Cutting: ±0.1mm
  • Profile Cutting: ±1mm
  • Plasma Cutting: ±2mm

7. Pricing

  • All pricing excludes VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may change due to material availability, supplier pricing adjustments, or project changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, images, and design materials, remains the property of At Your Doormat Services unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality fabrication and steel products, At Your Doormat Services will not be liable for:
